Simply Stunning

This beautiful home is one of our recent projects completed in Ballarat and we have had the privilege of shooting some amazing video and images to share with you.

The front elevation has a combination of natural Architectural claddings comprising of timber stack panel, large custom designed windows, and raw concrete precast panels.

This is connected through the entry that has two large feature roof windows that create an amazing lighting effect along the main passage wall. This leads to a sunken North-West facing living, kitchen and meals area that flows onto an alfresco area, overlooking the custom inground pool. Included in the design of the ground floor, adjacent to the pool we have designed a second outdoor area that connects to a modern pool house.

The first floor comprises master, ensuite and second living area with architectural timber louvers allowing amazing views while providing privacy to the top floor.
