We were approached to do a full internal demolition and re-design of this beautiful arts and crafts home. The client wanted open-plan living to take advantage of the magnificent views of the lake out the front of their home. We wanted to make the home lighter with better ventilation while also staying in the guidelines and ticking all of the boxed for the Heritage Overlay that applied to the land.
